How does it work?
1. Book your initial consultation
This will take no longer than 30minutes and is totally FREE. We discuss your goals and from there we will create exercise plan specifically for you and your targets and discussed your nutrition.
2. Start training
My Personal Training takes place in exclusive gym on Bride rd. There is no need for contract or gym membership. Session consists of a mixture of resistance and cardiovascular training to ensure you get best results possible. Depending on your goals, I recommend either 1 ,2 or 3 sessions per week.
3. Follow our nutrition advice
I will teach you about nutrition that works! No more yoyo dieting, just sustainable long term health.
I also cater for groups of 2 or more and can create workouts to suit all your individual goals.
