How does it work?
1. Book your initial consultation
This will take no longer than 30 minutes and is totally FREE. We discuss your goals and from there, we will create an exercise plan specifically for you, tailored to your targets, and discuss your nutrition advice.
2. Start training
My personal training sessions take place in an exclusive private studio on Camden Street. There is no need for a contract or gym membership. Each session consists of a mixture of resistance and cardiovascular training to ensure you achieve the best results possible. Depending on your goals, I recommend either 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week.
3. Follow our nutrition advice
I will teach you about nutrition that works! No more yo-yo dieting, just sustainable long-term health.

I also cater for groups of 2 or more and can create workouts to suit all your individual goals, making group training an effective option for everyone.
Experience an hour-long, one-on-one session with a personal trainer, where you can receive personalized nutrition advice and explore tailored group training options.
