Sport Massage
In addition to my qualifications and experience as a personal trainer in Dublin city centre, I also specialise in professional sports massage, helping clients improve muscle recovery, mobility, flexibility and overall physical performance.
Whether you train regularly, participate in competitive sports, spend long hours at a desk, or experience muscle tightness from everyday activities, sports massage can play an important role in maintaining your physical well-being.
Intense exercise, repetitive movements and muscular overuse can contribute to muscle tension, stiffness and reduced mobility. Sports massage uses targeted soft-tissue techniques to help relieve muscular tension, improve circulation, support recovery and maintain flexibility. It can also help address areas of discomfort that may affect your movement, training technique and athletic performance.
