Given that the time you put into your workout is largely wasted if you don’t make an effort with your diet, this ‘when’ becomes quite important so that you get the right kind of fuel to both manage your energy during the workout and then provide your body with the right nutrients to recover post training.

We are training 3 times per week mixture of resistance and cardio.
Since she started with me she changed her body completely and also not only doubled her 1rep Max but build up muscle mass and reduced body fat. Ever since, Alisa can not imagine going back to her old weight and she always set new challenges new goals.

Rafa is with me 2 sessions a week. We train resistance mainly with huge pressure on core and abs. He is training together with his partner as workout buddy and that is also fun as there is always competition between them.
Nathi challenge was loose as much weight as possible in 30 days. We made deal minimum 3kg (6.6 pound)
This picture was taken in day 24 of our challenge. She lost just below 4 kg in 30 days (8.8 pound)
We are still working on the perfect body that she want but we are 3 kg closer. Well done !!
For the past 6 month I’ve been training with @jjhalys_pt and in that time I’ve gained 3 inches on my chest and 2.5 inches on my arms and inches on my legs. Hard work and determination pays off with the right mind set and good trainers. Well done !!
Gianluiggi started with me after back injury and knee pain problems. We worked really hard trying to build up strength in his lover back and legs. He travel a lot for work but we still manage to achieve his goal.
By mixing cardio and resistance exercises we reduced his body weight by over 8 kg .

Adriano's goal was summer holiday body project. This is his body transformation in 6 months. By doing mix of strength and HIIT we reduced body fat by 9% and increased muscle mass. This pic is perfect example what can be done in 6 months of hard work, dedication and healthy diet.
